Today, I think of those servicemembers who never removed their uniforms to enjoy their return to civilian life.
Their actions have enabled me to lead a life where I can live, love, learn, and (hopefully) grow old.
Each day, I aspire to live up to a singular challenge — live a life worthy of their collective sacrifices.
I still have work to do.
I will keep trying.
I will remember.
I will not forget…
