Thank you!

Today, I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to those who’ve avidly followed my podcast, “Esoteric Curiosities.”

This podcast is not just a “labor of love” for me; it’s a vital part of my personal mission and self-expression. I am driven to share as much of the knowledge and experiences I’ve gathered over the course of my career while I still have the opportunity to do so.

The connections I’ve fostered, particularly over the past 25 years, have allowed me to introduce you to a diverse group of friends, each with unique experiences and profound insights into their respective work areas. I’m deeply honored by their enthusiastic response and their willingness to share their expertise and engage in meaningful conversations with us.

Here are some of the things I’m likely going to cover in upcoming episodes:

  • Return to Office vs. Remote Work
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion — Going Beyond the Obvious
  • Leadership, Management, and Deciding
  • Team and Workplace Culture
  • “Burnout” — How To Recognize, Respond To and Avoid It
  • A Return to “Service Management”
  • How To “Think Like An Analyst” — A Guide for Everyone
  • Topical coverage
    • Major Incident/Event Management
    • Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery
    • Financial Management – Who Cares and Why You Should
    • Demand Management

… and so much more!

You’ll also see me engage in primary research very shortly, and I am very interested in having collaborators/partners join me. In upcoming posts and episodes, I’ll share more about what I’ll be doing and what this means.

The bottom line is that I’m trying to “cast a wide net.” I want to expand my guest pool beyond those I already know or have deep relationships with. That’s not the point. It’s not just about who my friends and colleagues are. I want a range of guests and voices to share what’s mutually essential and beneficial to the entire community.

As such, please consider this my “Open Call” for participants and topics. If you would like to participate (directly or indirectly), have someone that you know you’d like to nominate to be a guest, or have a topic in mind you think should be covered, please let me know either by responding to this post, sending me a direct message on LinkedIn, or my website.

If you’re so inclined, please share this with folks in your networks.

If you’ve made it this far — thank you! You rock 👍😁
